Refund policy

We work solely towards creating a more conscious, happier world for you. If you feel our products are not doing that, we would be happy to take back the products.

We extend a hassle-free return for you to return anything within 21 days from delivery. You can choose to get a refund, store credits or exchange for another product. Change of mind cancellations may incur a small processing fee of $35. 

Please note that custom orders cannot be refunded. 

What you need to know

Step 1. Please contact us via email @ hello@bloomlifestyle.co within 21 days from the day of delivery.

Step 2. Upon receiving a green flag from us, please organise for the product to be returned to 38 Brynor Crescent, Glen Waverley VIC 3150.

Step 3. Once we’ve received your product, we’ll check that it’s in its original condition and packaging. If this is the case, you’ll receive a refund less any shipping fees within 15 business days, or store credits / option to exchange the products - delivered express to you.

 

Product and Packaging Condition

1. Since we strive towards minimising wastage, please return the product in its original, as-new condition with no signs of use, wear & tear or damage.

2. Please ensure the product is packed in its original, un-damaging packaging, just as you received it.

3. Please don't forget to include all the contents in the same condition.
